Fund Raising
Throughout the years we have been in business, it has been our goal to raise as much money as possible for charity. We have made Birmingham Children’s Hospital our main priority and every year make a substantial donation as a result of our ‘Fun Week’ or specially themed days.
Cotton Tails at Hagley is now the home of Dr Whoot, one of the owls that featured in the summer 2015 Big Hoot project across the city. As recognition for our support Cotton Tails Nurseries were recognised by the hospital now as one of their top 100 fundraisers.
As well as the hospital we support many other causes throughout the year such as:
MacMillan Coffee Morning – each nursery hosts either a coffee morning or cake sale.
Crisis – at Christmas we fund a table which provides a group of homeless people with a hot meal and healthcare products.
We also join in with national events such as Children in Need, Comic Relief and Sport Relief.
We recognise how individual and special our children are and support awareness days throughout the year for Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Cystic Fibrosis, Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
