Cotton Tails Day Nursery is situated in Northfield, Birmingham and opened it’s doors to the public in 1996.
We provide private day care for children aged between 0-5 years old. Our nursery is open Monday – Friday from 7.30am to 6.00pm, 52 weeks of the year excluding Bank Holidays.
Our established nursery provides a safe environment which is happy and social, allowing the children in our care to develop and grow as individuals. We believe in having strong relationships with all parents and have an open door policy which allows parents to see at first hand their child’s development and progress throughout their time in our care.
We have been rated as OUTSTANDING in our last two Ofsted inspections.
The nursery operates from a converted and extended house and has a number of very spacous rooms. We have four main age groups. For more information on each of our nursery rooms, please visit ‘Our Nursery Rooms’ page. All children have access to a secure and enclosed outdoor play area which has been individually designed. During the day we encourage children to be active and use the outdoor space. There is CCTV throughout the nursery.
We provide the children within our care with nappies and food which are included in our fees. We do not provide formula milk. We have two cooks on site who prepare fresh food and create healthy, balanced meals daily.
My name is Michelle Young, I am the manager at Cotton Tails Nursery. I have worked at Cotton Tails since June 2000 where I worked in the Pre-School room and then later worked in the Tinie Room which I thoroughly enjoyed.
